Will this be the year that you break your curse? Following the Red Sox, and your cross-town rival White Sox.

Will you guys hold the edge on the White Sox this year? I think we will defintely be tight with you guys this year. I mean I look at our pitching matchups and we're similar. I mean I got the better duo of Prior and Zambrano right now, but you also have 4 pitchers that are 85+. I only have 3 85+ pitchers. I got the edge on you in closers and long relievers. As for the batting, I think I beat you in some areas and u beat me in others. I think the rival series will be close, no telling who wins it right now, but I think we have just as good of a shot as you guys.

Will this be the year that you break your curse? Following the Red Sox, and your cross-town rival White Sox. The Cubs are prime to make it the playoffs this year. We have lots of powe hitting, our starting pitchers are very solid, our bullpen is much improved from last year as well. We have some holes like at 2nd base, left field, and a lead-off hitter. But if we can't get good production from our lead-off hitter, we will change the lineup slightly to adjust if we feel it is best. We've made some trades to get a younger backup catcher to Michael Barrett and some younger pitching prospects. There's defintely a lot of tough teams out there. I'm not gonna come out and say we're going to win it all, but I expect the Cubs to be a playoff team. Period.

What is the health on Prior and Wood. The last couple of years they have done almost nothing. Are they now ready at the top of their game?

who do you think will be the toughest competition in the NL central, based on moves they've made in the offseason? in time. I will answer this question. Since the offseason is not over yet, I still cannot yet determine anything right now.

What is the health on Prior and Wood. The last couple of years they have done almost nothing. Are they now ready at the top of their game? I think so. There's been some interest for Prior, but nothin major for me to deal him. I believe they've had their fair share of injuries. People have called them weak and fragile. I think they've had some bad luck, and I think they both want to prove the media and their naysayers wrong. Of course we hope they will be at their best and not get hurt. Time will tell but we are cautiously optimistic right now.
