Some can call it a slap on the head,or you can just call it a reality check.Texas GM Nick decided that pitching was important to winning a championship. In the past half hour Nick went out and accquired studs like Noah Lowry and C.C. Sabathia. He gave up guys like Miguel Cabrera Jeff Suppan Kevin Mench and Hideki Matsui but also got guys back like Grady Sizemore and David Wright on top of Sabathia and Lowry. When asked about his moves,Nick was quoted in saying "I improved this team for the better,I also talked with David Wright and he told me anything short of a World Series will be considered failure."The Rangers also got young to in the pitching area. With the Opening day roster set as Mulder,Sabathia,Wang,Lowry and Hughes there avg starting pitchers age is 24.4 years old.Expect a determined team out in the field come April.
